LOPO Terms & Conditions

  1. All Lopo products are hand made to order. Please allow for a 2 week lead-time when an order is placed.
  2. If we run into delays, we’ll let you know. 
  3. Because you are buying a product from a small batch, you may experience slight colour and fragrance variances between batches.
  4. If you have any issues with a purchase, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
  5. Essential oils are powerful; if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, please consult your medical practitioner for advice on the ingredients contained in our products.
  6. Our products are natural and contain zero preservatives, therefore we advise you to use your purchase within 6 months.

Returns and Refunds

  1. If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing hello@lopo.co.za and referencing your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the full purchase amount. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition.
  2. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 30-day period following delivery, please take a photo and send it with your order number and explanation to hello@lopo.co.za. We will do everything we can within reason to resolve the issues.
  3. Refunds for returned an unopened, unused product merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card. Please email hello@lopo.co.za. with any additional questions regarding returns and exchanges.
